Check Out NYC’s New and Noteworthy Nightspots

It’s really impossible to get bored in our beloved Manhattan, especially when there are so many fabulous new nightspots opening up. Step into your slingbacks and grab a cute clutch for these noteworthy new addi(c)tions:

Jane Ballroom: Located in the swank Jane Hotel, this updated and impressive space makes for a swank locale with a pretty tough door policy. Lavish area rugs, a grand fireplace, and wing chairs offset a decaying disco ball, and enormous, velvet-draped windows. The Gates: A revamp of one of NYC’s most lavish spaces in Chelsea, this members-only bar gives preference to those holding the coveted gold swipe card for entry, but don’t let that stop you, Diva. Expect a sleek mixture of modern furnishings in a classic space, pricey cocktails and a high-roller set that will make the evening totally worthwhile. Smyth: The lobby bar of the trendy new Smyth Hotel in Tribeca, this place gets serious style points for glam décor, yummy cocktails, and hot financial and business tycoon types. Destination Bar and Grille: This funky East Village outpost looks a bit odd from the outside but don’t let that stop you, Diva: this is a fabulous spot to have some fun. Brooklyn Bowl: Bring you’re A-game to Williamburg for the brand new bowling cocktail lounge that serves loads of fun (bowling lanes, state-of-the-art audio and video systems, and a 35ft-wide stage for live performances), amazing beverages and a full comfort food menu from Blue Ribbon.
