Last week, I heard THE sample sale of the year is coming to New York – the Beauty Sample Sale, that is. Hair care, skin care, cosmetics…! As you can imagine, I was ready to clear my iCal to attend. But yesterday, I heard the sale isn’t coming until November 17 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. .
